PornHub Announce They Now Accept Verge (XVG) As Payment For Their Premium Membership!

Pornhub, the world’s largest porn website have just announced they will be accepting Verge (XVG) as payment for their premium membership!

The Verge community has been waiting big news for some time now. The company have been promising a ‘mystery partnership’, and online communities such as Reddit have been speculating on who the partnership could be with.

Yesterday, someone actually posted this picture to Reddit asking the question ‘What if the partnership is PornHub‘

The comments below mostly argue against the possibility, with the top comment reading:

Why do people keep suggesting this? Doesn’t seem like the type of company worthy of the marketing campaign they have hinted towards, nor do I think it would change the crypto world, well, no, that’s a lie, I think it would, but not in the right direction in regards to mass adoption and visibility in the global non-technical user sense. It doesn’t fit with a massive marketing campaign because it simply wouldn’t get the same level of coverage in mainstream media as other companies, IMO.

But today the announcement was actually confirmed!

Pornhub will officially be accepting the Verge cryptocurrency as payment for their premium membership.

How will the Pornhub Verge partnership affect the price?

At the moment, the price of Verge is actually falling. On Binance, it’s already become the most traded BTC pair. The price is of course anticipated to spike, however recently there has been a cause for concern over the legitimacy of Verge, with sceptical articles circulating the web.
